Positive: Both the women we encountered at the front desk were super helpful. They were happy for us to charge our EV. The shared bathroom was kept nice and clean. The location was perfect because we were in Dunedin for an Ice Hockey tournament which was just a few hundred meters up the road.
Negative: The heater in our cabin was very all-or-nothing. It got the room hot in minutes, then if we turned it off we were cold again within minutes.
Summary: Very handy to the ice rink and St Kilda beach and cafes. Wonderful staff.

Negative: It would of be nice to have a cabin with a bathroom for my kids as toilet runs during the night was a problem especially for single parents with more than one child
